Therapy Room Share Opportunity — Available from January 2027

I’m an established Osteopath based in Kendal, looking for a like-minded practitioner to share a therapy room on a 50/50 rental basis.

I currently use the room 2-3 days per week, so the space is free 2/3 weekdays and is available for use at weekends — perfect for someone seeking a consistent, established base without the full overhead of a solo let.

The room is comfortable and professionally presented, with heating included. It’s a relaxed, collegial arrangement, and I’m open to practitioners across a range of disciplines.
