Pilates: Reputable Training – Karen Grinter

Karen Grinter began her teaching career in Northamptonshire in 1997. In 1998, she was approached by Kirk Russell, who later became the England Cricket Lead Physiotherapist, to work with the Northants County Cricket players. Soon after, she established the Pilates Studio at the County Cricket Ground on Abington Avenue, followed by The Shoe Factory in Rushden. In 2013, she began running classes at the Chris Moody Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation Centre in Moulton, where she continued until its sale in 2020.
