We have made every effort to ensure that the contract templates we provide are legally sound, but we are not solicitors (for which we are very grateful!).  We have to point out, therefore, that you use these templates at your own risk and we strongly advise that you run them past a qualified person before you finalise them.
We recommend Caroline Robertson at ActifHR, who helped prepare our templates in the first place.  She will charge only a minimal fee to ensure they're up to scratch (and unless you change the wording drastically you only need to have one contract checked - you can then use it for all your Associates).
