You should receive an email with your login details shortly.  If you haven't seen it within 15 minutes, check your spam folder - sometimes computers have their own strange way of dealing with messages!

You'll also receive a message half an hour before the broadcast starts, giving you the link to the live stream.  Once you have your login details, though, you can always come straight here to our website, where you'll see a banner on the home page which will take you straight to the show.

The broadcasts are fully interactive, so have your questions ready!

And remember - we aren't some faceless internet company – we’re real people, happy to chat with you about anything and to help you in any way we can.
