With nearly two decades of experience in senior roles leading L&D and organisational development across sectors including finance, public safety and innovation, he combines commercial focus with a deep understanding of what drives people and performance.

He is masters-level qualified in Human Resource Development and Coaching, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development. An experienced keynote speaker and C-suite facilitator, he relishes the chance to challenge perception and drive human results.
