Dementia and Safe Guarding – Pat Hobson

Pat Hobson is an independent nurse consultant who specialises in safeguarding adults, dementia care, quality improvement, leadership and management, and education/workforce development. Her expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), NHS Trusts, local authorities, specialist neuro-rehabilitation hospitals, care homes, and private organisations. Safeguarding Adults SpecialistPat leads as an expert in all aspects of safeguarding adults, including safeguarding enquiries, adult safeguarding reviews, domestic homicide reviews, and learning disabilities reviews. She also fulfils the role of a Local Area Contact. A passionate advocate for human rights, she works to raise awareness among health and social care professionals and organisations on how to handle complex safeguarding cases. These include situations involving individuals with mental health conditions or families with no recourse to public funds, as well as other forms of abuse such as modern slavery and human trafficking. Dementia Care SpecialistAs a recognised authority in dementia care, Pat provides expert leadership and guidance across the sector. She is also the author of a book dedicated to understanding and implementing person-centred care within care home settings.

MSK Manifestation of Menopause – Petra Kamarytova

Petra is an osteopath based in Orkney, Scotland. She has worked with women, children, and babies, with a focus on musculoskeletal issues. Petra graduated from the British School of Osteopathy (BSO), where she undertook a specialist training in OsteoMAP - osteopathy, mindfulness and acceptance-based programme, integrating acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) with osteopathic treatment for people suffering from persistent musculoskeletal pain. This programme was developed with Surrey and Borders NHS Partnership Foundation Trust and funded by UK Department of Health.

Kim Prichard is one of life’s constant learners, driven by a deep curiosity and inquisitiveness about the many factors that influence human health and well-being. As an Osteopath and Breathwork Coach, her motivation lies in supporting and guiding individuals on their journey toward greater health. Throughout her own experiences and in working with clients, Kim has witnessed firsthand how stress and trauma can profoundly impact health and diminish the ability to live fully in the present moment. Her personal exploration of strategies to counter stress has not only shaped her life but also informed many of her professional insights. Infant Feeding – Dee Bell

Dee Bell is a registered midwife, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and a Specialist Tongue-Tie Practitioner based near Brighton, where she lives with her daughter, Florence. With over 20 years of experience in midwifery, Dee began her career training as a midwife and went on to serve within the NHS for more than 16 years. She later transitioned into private practice, focusing exclusively on infant feeding and tongue-tie treatment—areas in which she has become a highly respected expert. To offer more personalised care, Dee founded Birth, Baby & You, a dedicated feeding support service for new families. Her mission has always been to provide families with the expert guidance and time they truly need during the early stages of parenting. First Aid is an Essential A first aid emergency can occur at any time.  And it’s MORE LIKELY in your clinic, because you actively invite people with problems in to see you.  And there’s no guarantee that the problem is what they think it is! The public (and sadly, the press) need to be assured that you have the skills needed to deal with potentially life-threatening emergencies. That's why this hands-on course is for you. This is not like other first aid training. First off, it's taught by APM's 2 fantastic instructors - Steven Bruce and Malcolm Parnell. Unlike other online courses, this one is LIVE and SUPERVISED.  We also send you the equipment you need in order to meet all the goals of clinic first aid - that means you get better training!
