TREATING LEAKY LADIES (AND MORE)

Hypopressives - Level 1 Trainers Course

Saturday 16th September 2023

About The Course

There's a widespread misconception that some form of incontinence is inevitable after childbirth, and that you just have to put up with it.
It's embarrassing, stressful - AND UNNECESSARY!

Problems such as diastasis recti and prolapse are also relatively common, but they can be helped, even prevented, by appropriate training.

This course, designed specifically for healthcare and fitness professionals, will equip you to help the huge numbers of women suffering from these and other problems.  In many cases, they'll be able to completely overcome their problem.
This course is NOT about simply learning another way to do a pelvic squeeze.  All too often, women are told to go away and do basic pelvic floor exercises that just don't work.  This training will elevate you to a new level of professional skill - one which will prove invaluable to so many women who have had to put up with one or more of these utterly debilitating issues.
What you will be able to offer will be life-changing for many, many women.
