This course equips you with practical FAR techniques to reduce soft-tissue tension and improve mobility through the thoracic outlet. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFAR is a specialised approach to manual therapy designed by expert osteopath and lecturer Robin Lansman\, encompassing a system of assessment\, treatment\, hands-on therapy and self-care. \nWhereas in traditional manual therapies the patient lies still whilst the therapist treats them\, in Functional Active Release treatment is given whilst carrying out functional movements of the part of the body being treated. This helps you to recover faster\, more completely\, and to stay healthier for longer. \nThe process of clear and open feedback between patient and professional also helps guide expectations along with building cognitive Body Awareness that ensures best results for the individual.

Alongside a successful 25-year career working with organisations including Jaguar Land Rover\, Warwick Business School\, Nivea\, Santander and HSBC\, she delivered leadership and coaching programmes around the world while continuing to deepen her yoga practice. \nKrishna is qualified in 500 hours of yoga training with the British Wheel of Yoga\, as well as Yin Yoga and SOMA Breath Teacher Training.
