CLINIC FIRST AID
Thank You for Booking
We’ll send you more details about this online course a few days before it starts, and we’ll also courier a few things to you which will be needed on the day. Ana will be in touch to confirm where you’d like them sent.
Here are a few other things you need to bear in mind however:
Date, Timings, Grub
Sunday 29th November 2020
9:00am – 12:30pm
1:30pm – 4:30pm
Lunch is up to you(!), but we’ll also have a short break midway through the sessions for tea and biscuits.
What to Wear
It’s up to you, but bear in mind that you’re going to be doing some practical stuff on the floor.
You’re going to need another person in the house for you to practise a technique on – it doesn’t matter if it’s an adult or a young person (but they need to be old enough to do as they’re told!).
This is when you’ll need your assistant:
10:15 (15 minutes) – this one’s optional, but it will make the training more memorable
12:00 (30 minutes) – this one’s non-negotiable, although a full-size, articulated skeleton will do at a push
We’ll do our absolute best to keep to those times!
You’ll need a computer or tablet with a camera and a microphone. You’ll also need an internet connection.
You’ll also need a smartphone.
Zoom: we’ll send you a link to the Zoom room prior to the event.
This course will be delivered online. By purchasing the course, you are agreeing to be filmed, and for the course to be recorded by The Academy of Physical Medicine. That recording is for internal quality control and will not be shared with other people.
It is a condition of attending this course that you do not record the material yourself, or take screenshots of any part of the course
